Message summary: ...slick spots on the roadways this morning...
A mix of snow and rain continues to fall across central and
western maryland...northern virginia and the eastern west virginia
panhandle this morning. In addition...temperatures have dropped to around
the freezing mark and are expected to remain near freezing until
just after sunrise. Precipitation will be capable of freezing on
surfaces such as untreated roads...bridges and overpasses as well
as sidewalks.
Please use extra caution if traveling this morning and watch out
for icy spots.
